After years of not knowing what I wanted to do, or where I would end up in my life, I found my calling in the health and fitness industry. I had been helping my friend to lose weight and I got such a buzz and feeling of satisfaction from seeing her happier and more confident. One day she asked why I didnt do this for a living. The next day I enrolled on my personal training diploma and I have never looked back.
I have worked with some wonderful people over the last few years and helped many people to be happier, healthier people.
From teaching people how to use gym equipment, to training large classes of different abilities, I have been able to work with a variety of different people. Now I have moved on from working in a gym environment and want to work with people who might not necessarily want to go to a gym; people who want to train in the comfort and security of their own home. I can work around what time suits you best and can help fit health and fitness in to your life.
